I paid registration fee but haven't received my codes?

We send PaceMaker registration codes automatically upon receiving a notification of the registered payment from PayPal, which usually means between 1 to 30 minutes after your purchase.  If you have not received the codes within 30 minutes of your payment, then please notice that many email programs and service providers have automatic Junk mail filters that can accidentally capture the registration email.

In case of not having received the codes, please thus check your email Junk / Spam folder in case the registration email were there. If you already have emptied the junk folder, please send email to  <support@surina.net>  and ask for resending your codes.

I have registered PaceMaker earlier but have formatted computer and lost the codes?

If you have paid the PaceMaker registration fee earlier but have lost the codes and would need them again, send email to <support@surina.net> telling your name, transaction number and/or email address used for registration so we'll look up for your earlier payment and can send your codes again.
